This study examines high-intermediate immigrant ELL students' attitudes toward AI tools in language learning. Survey, observation, and focus group interview findings reveal that while students appreciate AI's potential, 90% were initially unfamiliar with it. Most expressed reluctance to adopt these technologies , highlighting the need for targeted training.
