This study explores pre-service teachers' readiness and self-efficacy in integrating Generative AI into teaching. Through surveys and focus group interviews, it examines their familiarity and comfort with GAI tools. Findings highlight different readiness levels influenced by technology comfort and ethical concerns, emphasizing the need for improved curriculum and practical training.
