This session shares ways of creating a nurturing and community-based environment for adult learners at various English proficiency levels. The presenters demonstrate their instructional practices, such as scaffolds, group activities, routines, and class projects for promoting integrated language skills and social-emotional competencies, supported by evidence-based research and student work samples.
